Project Management

SATTVA IT is responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of its products and services, and for performing services

Project management activities will be executed as per the methodology advocated by PMI (Project Management Institute). The Project Plan will include the Scope statement, project objectives and deliverables, budgets, schedules, detailed Work Breakdown Structure and the identified risks along with the mitigation plans. The project will be tracked, monitored and controlled as per the project plan and effective change control procedures will be adapted to manage changes beneficially. Scope validation will be ensured by signed acceptance of milestone deliverables. Project estimates will be based on industry standard practices and quality control will be ensured by adherence to the procedures and practices followed within SATTVA IT.

Quality reviews and quality checks will be performed prior to milestone deliveries, and the project will be monitored for adherence to quality goals. This will be ensured by regular quality audits and usage of quality techniques

Project Communication management will be ensured by means of the communication plan which will identify the project status reporting procedures. The reporting relationships along with the status report contents will be identified.
